Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to embark on a Parivartan Yatra in Kolhan division, starting September 23, with the aim of mobilizing public sentiment against the state government led by Hemant Soren. The Yatra will commence at the sacred Chitreshwar Dham in the Baharagora Assembly constituency and cover all 14 constituencies in Kolhan, ultimately concluding in Chaibasa.   The theme for this 1100-kilometer-long journey, "Na Toh Sahenge, Na Kahenge, Badal Kar Rahenge" (We Will Neither Tolerate Nor Remain Silent, We Will Bring Change), encapsulates the BJPs resolve to confront the current governments alleged failures. Senior BJP leader Dr. Dineshanand Goswami, former state president, emphasized that this Parivartan Yatra symbolizes the outcry of the people who feel neglected and misgoverned over the past five years under the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Congress, and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) coalition.   Dr. Goswami, speaking at a press conference , highlighted various issues facing Jharkhand, including corruption, autocracy, unfulfilled promises, and unchecked infiltration by Bangladeshi and Rohingya migrants. He stated that the Yatra aims to expose the corruption and failure of the Hemant Soren government, which, he claimed, has tarnished Jharkhands image both nationally and globally.   The Parivartan Yatra will be inaugurated with a large public rally on September 23 in the Baharagora Assembly constituency, where Union Agriculture Minister and Jharkhand Election In-Charge Shivraj Singh Chauhan will address the crowd. According to Dr. Goswami, Chauhans presence will further bolster the BJPs campaign to bring about a political shift in Jharkhand, asserting that under the current administration, the states natural resources have been illegally exploited, particularly in mining and forestry sectors.   The Yatra will feature public rallies, road shows, and decorated chariots traversing all 14 assembly constituencies in Kolhan. Over 11,000 kilometers will be covered in these events, where BJP leaders will engage directly with the public, village heads, and community organizations. BJP leaders, including senior figures like Subhendu Adhikari, are expected to attend. Two major Maha Jan Sabhas (large public meetings) are planned, where party leaders will present their agenda for governance and address grievances raised by citizens.   Dr. Goswami stressed that the public is frustrated by the current coalitions mismanagement and broken promises. He accused the government of shielding illegal activities, particularly in mining, and ignoring the needs of the states youth. He added that the coalition government has also failed to safeguard the integrity of the states tribal population, with unchecked infiltration worsening the demographic situation.   Na Toh Sahenge, Na Kahenge, Badal Kar Rahenge serves as a rallying cry for the Yatra, expressing the frustration of Jharkhands people and their demand for change. This slogan encapsulates the BJPs determination to end what it describes as autocratic rule and bring forth a development-oriented government. Dr. Goswami reaffirmed that the Yatra is not just a political journey but a call for systemic reform and transparent governance in Jharkhand.
